Veterans and their families, who served, lived, or worked at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, between August 1, 1953, and December 31, 1987, for at least 30 days and subsequently developed cancer or other serious medical issues may be eligible for compensation from the federal government.
